      Honestly none, this is the worst place to work at

      - All of the positive reviews are fake and written by HR. Notice how they're all from April 2023 and follow the same format? This is the worst managed company I've ever come across. "Leadership" always have conflicting interests, the turnover is absolutely insane, and the hours are never ending. HR pretends to be on your side (which I suppose is true at any company) but will backstab you in the interest of the company the first chance they get.

      Pros

      My department is making improvements on a daily basis. It's nice to see management become supportive of our work.

      Cons

      There is work to do. You must be ready to work hard as the company is building and growing. This can be a con for many although it is a plus for me.

      None, terrible managment, lowest level benefits, high turnover. There is nothing good about this company!
