- Great Benefits - They promote from within - Good guidance and patience from both peers and upper management. - Lots of educational resources My experience at WCG ThreeWire has been nothing short of amazing. They really listen to your goals and dreams and help you achieve them, they offer great benefits, good salary, opportunities for advancement, and overall a great job with great people.
Cons
Worked as a contractor prior to becoming a permanent full-time employee -The only con I can think of as a contractor is that hours are not guaranteed, but this is just standard like it would be for just about any other work contract. It is still an amazing opportunity whether you do a contract or become a permanent employee.
