Pros
Three Stars Media is a very young company that is growing exponentially. Profits are on the rise. This creates not only a fun, fresh and changing atmosphere to work in, but it also creates new opportunities to explore other facets of the company and new positions. It's almost impossible to not find a perfect fit between job and employee. The management is so open to change and suggestions, all ideas are accepted and typically put into action, that you can't help but feel valued and appreciated.
Cons
Currently the company is spread out through the building. Growth has been so rapid that we've had to take whatever office space becomes available, so there's no cohesiveness to our design. That should be rectified when we move to a new building.
