Pros

The pros that if you have that self-learning, I want to prove I can grow a clinic myself this is for you, and if you're having trouble or difficulty, you have support for you.

Cons

Waiting for upper management to get back to you can be slow.

Pros

The staff is nice. The clients are great to work with.

Cons

No room for growth. Promises of growth start early for positions to be created that never happen. Only paid for hours in sessions. Clients often no show and clinicians do not get paid for that time.

Three Point Healthcare Response

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at Three Point Healthcare didn’t align with your expectations. When we bring on new Behavioral Health Therapists, we spend significant time reviewing the details of our Pay Per Visit model during the hiring process. We also offer a competitive salary for the first 60–90 days while providers ramp up their caseload, along with full benefits—including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and full W2 status. This structure provides the flexibility and earning potential of private practice, but with the stability and support of a group model, something many clinicians value highly. Merit increases, raises, and bonuses are regularly issued for team members that meet and exceed expectations. Our Behavioral Health team is led by a Psy.D with deep expertise in Obesity Medicine and Behavioral Health, and we’re proud of the clinical leadership and collaboration that defines our approach. For clinicians that struggle with patient attendance, this supervision is something we are proud to offer to our team and unique for a business our size. We are deeply focused on developing and supporting our current providers, helping them grow clinically and professionally. Early on we asked clinicians to participate in outreach efforts, to expand our offering to more patients we can help. As 3PT has continued to grow, we’ve since built a full fledged sales team of to handle that function, allowing therapists to stay focused on clinical care. We do utilize metrics not to pressure, but to provide transparency and offer helpful feedback on caseload trends, patient outcomes, and scheduling. This information gives us great insight as to how we can help our providers continue to grow and develop. While we can’t speak to every individual experience, this review possibly reflects a scenario where the employee left the company some time ago and may not have experienced many of the significant improvements we’ve made over time to strengthen our clinical model, expand support resources, and continue building a positive and collaborative culture.
