Great work environment. I feel supported by Management. Everyone is hustling and feels like everyone wants to make a difference. Base salary is low but commission for successful reps makes it worth it. Great place to start in cyber.

All in office. Very low PTO.

* Big company, lots of room for growth. * The concept they have is very impressive and has the potential to really take over security & compliance for most companies. * Very detailed review process. * Pay is decent, bonus is a nice perk.

* Remote work is unheard of. * Mandatory monthly all hands meetings, not terrible but being tested on weather you watched and understood it is a little excessive. * Very old school mentality on coding & architecture * Owner seems like a decent person who wants what's best for his company. However it feels like he is struggling to switch his mentality from a small company to a large corporation. He needs to let some of the minutia go and focus on the larger parts.
