This is by far the most challenging job I have ever had. And by far—the most rewarding too. I have never been so empowered in my 25-year career. With empowerment comes responsibility. And in my case this is perfectly fine and expected. You will thrive here if you are self-driven, hard-working, take initiative, passionate, and are relentless in looking for the next best answer. If you are that person, employment at this company will offer you the freedom to expand your capabilities and grow as much as you wish.

My commute to work and back :).

* Big company, lots of room for growth. * The concept they have is very impressive and has the potential to really take over security & compliance for most companies. * Very detailed review process. * Pay is decent, bonus is a nice perk.

* Remote work is unheard of. * Mandatory monthly all hands meetings, not terrible but being tested on weather you watched and understood it is a little excessive. * Very old school mentality on coding & architecture * Owner seems like a decent person who wants what's best for his company. However it feels like he is struggling to switch his mentality from a small company to a large corporation. He needs to let some of the minutia go and focus on the larger parts.
