My salary was not great, but okay, and they did give me a decent bonus. If you are entry level, it's a good place to learn a lot and the offices were very beautiful. They also take the staff out to a nice restaurant during the holidays and you get two weeks vacation.

There is a lot of office politics, and it seemed like there was always someone being fired on "Firing Friday." It seems as if there were a few key "essential" employees who were viewed as necessary and the rest were viewed as disposable. At times, the atmosphere was a bit unprofessional and some employees seemed to get special treatment. One person I worked with used to stroll in late, go out to get breakfast and chatted on personal phone calls throughout the day. If you want a stable job with people who act like professionals, this is not the place for you.

Small company environment, everyone knows everyone. Flexibility. Not very corporate. Get to work with President of company directly, who is great. Great way to learn about the industry by wearing lots of different hats at work.
