Pros

- Full of really smart people who are passionate about their work and willing to share knowledge - Geek nights - Great presence at events- good networking opportunities - Lots of social events - Open to new ideas

Cons

- Some of the management are simply incompetent - Cliquey- it takes a little while to feel welcome and they refer themselves as 'thoughtworkers' and some even talk about 'thoughtlove' ....bleugh - The chosen few are looked after very well, rest of the worker bees have little career progression, work their asses off and the feedback/performance evaluations are very subjective. Important to stay on the right side of certain people and know who not to p*ss off! - Pay is relatively low. Negotiate hard if you get an offer!
