Pros
The philosophy is great and it is not just words, they do apply it. You won't feel anymore as a resource, always as a person which opinions and needs are taken into account and can change things. Well paid and transparent. Lots of opportunities. Trust.
Cons
Depending on the project the schedule is more or less flexible, but by default it is 8 hours/day. In August there is something similar to "jornada intensiva" but not the usual one known in Spain.
