Pros

Absolutely nothing positive, except for a buddy who opened my eyes to how much corporate BS they are. I do not recommend

Cons

They fire you during the probation period. In the interview, they tell you they have projects, everything is like paradise. I have never encountered a more shameless company than this... I do not recommend it at all. I left a stable job. They kept me for 2 weeks with training where they tell you how politically correct they are, BUUUT I heard a lot from colleagues... gender discrimination, age, etc. After those 2 weeks of training, aka "we are a family BS," I was on the bench for another 2 weeks... they kept telling me the project was coming, but no way... after a month, a 15-minute meeting in the calendar... they no longer have projects and have to let people go. Obviously without any severance pay. There's no point in saying how shameless they can be, promising you a project during their 5 interviews, only to fire you in the first month.

Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.
