1) There's constant employee harassment and bullying by the managers and colleagues. They will always try to degrade, humiliate and disparage you. 2) The workplace is filthy. There's no sense of sanitation and hygiene at the workplace. If you look into their kitchen and toilet you're sure gonna vomit 3) They never pay on time. They delay paying your monthly salary by 20 days at a time 4) There's complete nepotism in the company. Most of the management and employees consists of friends and relatives of the proprietor. They are most incompetent people on earth and are truly a world class idiots. 5) The management acts more like goons and mafia. They act as if they are the landlords and those working under them are their serfs and slaves. There's one person from management who goes around threatening employees on the floor.
