We’d like to acknowledge the review. While in general we appreciate truthful and honest reviews as based on our successful certification as a Great Place To Work, it seems your posting here and on Google Reviews since your dismissal from ThoughtTrace using different accounts and representing yourself as having worked different jobs at ThoughtTrace, is neither productive nor healthy. Pros

- The work environment places a lot of trust in individuals and teams to solve problems and navigate complexity in an independent way. Leadership sets vision and priorities through the use of OKR's and relies on the team to discern and execute on achieving those goals. - The company has a strong focus on hiring people that are consistent with the culture of the company and have a strong sense of initiative and desire for continuous improvement. - Everyone at the company has a genuine belief, commitment, and sense of ownership in the vision of the company. There is tremendous internal collaboration and engagement around the product and all of our customer facing teams represent our customers in an empathetic and passionate way. - The work/life balance is excellent and the flexibility to work from home or remotely is fantastic. The company places a lot of trust in the individual to work responsibly in achieving individual and team goals while doing so in a way that gives employees the flexibility they need to still manage and maintain their lives outside the office. - The benefits offered are excellent for a small company and rival those of many large enterprises I have worked for in the past. The leaderships has a strong commitment to the continuous support of employees and their families.

Cons

- As a small company employees often have to navigate wearing multiple hats and balancing competing priorities and ambiguous outcomes. For some individuals this presents a fun, challenging, and rewarding work environment and experience. For others who thrive in more structured environments, this may be a challenging place to work.
