The people here are wonderful. Conflict is almost unheard of yet there is a diverse set of opinions and personalities that make it exciting to come to work everyday. The work is challenging and rewarding; there is a great balance between achieving company goals and exceeding customer expectations. Management is open to new ideas provided they are backed up by actionable plans. Steadily growing since 2004 and adapts to market well, very agile. Pay and benefits are competitive and you just can't beat the location (between an awesome local pub and coffee shop.) Additional perks are greater than most companies this size.

It is an all-hands-on-deck type of company, and some may shy away from that if used to more rigid job descriptions. Can be considered a remote location by some, as well. Also, the parking kind of sucks.

People are fun, positive and hard-working. Selected carefully for their talents as well as how they fit in company culture. The overall feel in the company has a strong sense of morals and obligation to stay true to its roots.

Working on process has proven difficult. Lots of talented people with multiple skill sets means being a little scattered at times. Opportunities for growth are not very structured but more laissez faire.
