      Pros

      Company is growing. Good Management. Good benefits for the most part. Great hours. Problems are addressed ,identified and solutions given when it comes to safety.

      Cons

      Team work is some times lacking. Communication breakdowns tend to cause problems that could be avoided. Training is incomplete and lacks structure.
