TRP is always looking for new camera operators and are willing to train people with no experience an professional broadcast cameras.
Cons
Very toxic work environment. Some workers drink on the job and will talk behind colleagues back. Pay is incredibly below industry standard. Expected to break turnaround with no compensation. Casuals will often work a 16hr day with no compensation. Truck drivers will drive 4hrs to a racecourse, have a full work day, and are expected to drive back to the warehouse.
