      The pay can be decent, somewhat normal hours, cheap snacks and free soda

      Cons

      Highly deceptive management, rampant discrimination, antiquated software systems, lack of organization, lack of proper discourse for HR violations, and a generally bull headed attitude by most of the long time employees.

      Pros

      My regional managers were fantastic. Worked with some really good general managers. Thorntons just all around was a great company. Their system was very high tech in comparison to other gas stations.

      Cons

      Mainly for the area the guests were not pleasant. It made it harder to keep a fully reliable team because the customers were mean.
