Company spending time and resources to store every build on a server. Using Git or new tools other than Excel was met with resistance. "Technical" CEO kept changing vision and direction every 2 days, based on single user comments. No commitment to sprints. Nothing delivered on time, because no one knew what to work on. They believed a web app version could be built in 1 month using WordPress. None of the developers had WordPress or PHP experience. CEOs children were used to spy on what the employees were doing.
