Pros
I worked with the Thor Group twice. The last time was for just under ten years. Thor Group was an amazing opportunity for anyone who wanted to learn about business and yet have the ability to build your own practice. All of the tools required were provided. Since the company has been providing professional services since the 70s, the Thor Group has helped a lot of people grow professionally. All staff was treated extremely well. My perosnal experience was that everyone was given terrific support and was able to earn an income based on their own effort.
Cons
When I worked at the Thor Group initially, the company was not advanced with regard to IT. However, the company made a major effort to advance their IT presence. The Thor Group was always open to inventing to improve the company.
