Extremely low turnover - they're good to employees & consultants, avg tenure is 5 years which is unheard of in staffing industry Consistent / reliable- never missed a pay period for consultants Compensation - nice/competitive commission structure for recruiters & sales Upward mobility - every member of my team here has been promoted at least once
