No training Literal revolving door Horrible base, below 50k Fixed car allowance, literally incentivizes you not to drive in an outside sales role… Commission structure horrible, takes 12 months to get paid out on sales No training at all, just go figure it out and if you can’t you’re on a pip quick Culture was HORRIBLE, management style was to always create fear and make you feel like you’re doing nothing. Acts like this job is the big leagues, yet they’ll hire anyone out of college who sniffed the field in a D3 sport.
