      It'll get you into the Field

      The CEI groups pay is based off of ALDOT's pay scale. They are hard fetched on not promoting you and will not go above and beyond to get you raises based on performance each year. Its very disappointing.

      Pros

      Respected in their core geography Employees treat each other with respect Employee-owned and growing every year makes our ESOP value and compensation packages good including several bonus opportunities. Leaders don't interfere too much but are available when you want them

      Cons

      It's still relatively small (500-700 employees) which can limit the scope of technical projects.
