Pros
There are many great people at the firm, and I did make lasting friendships while employed there. Communication as a general rule was good, and the pay was average.
Cons
My direct manager was deceitful, and made empty promises. She also would not stand behind her employees in most any situation, as she was afraid of losing her job. She was only interested in saving her own skin. In addition, 90% of the attorneys were rude, conceited, and generally unpleasant.
