Not sure where is the direction of management, engagement sessions at company level is reduced to division level. Many conflicting directions and projects, what you see on the surface may not be what is happening inside. Many poor managers in the Company, they do not know what is going on in their own line of work and just try to live day by day. Poor staff management and most managers are not interested in developing their own team and staff. As long as they can maintain BAU, it’s life as per normal.
