Pros
No micro managing, make your own hours, comp plan is ok for an entry level position
Cons
The company has an emphasis on family but when Covid happened there was a “special” comp plan to make sure employee weren’t paid according to their original comp plan. Needless to say there was an a huge wave of people that left due to the too heavy management getting their pay.
