Undervalue the Good Employees - Anonymous employee Thomas Interiors Employee Review

Underpreforming employees not held accountable and hard workers not appreciated. Small company without much room for advancement and also hard to get in with the "in crowd". Upper management says they want suggestions for better processes and improvement but don't really listen or end up going backwards. Poor work life balance.
