Pros
Everything, honestly. You get real-time exposure to how courts work. You are asked to seek Passovers or assist the partners and associates in the Courts, alongside drafting many memos, original Applications, etc., which makes it exciting and enriching. There are also regular celebrations because the firm believes in celebrating even the tiniest of achievements, thereby showing its commitment to value every one associated with it. Further, you get a stipend, too, so that's the cherry on top.
Cons
None. I had a fantastic experience and cannot wait to join as an associate soon.
