Pros
Fellow employees are great. Depending on your location you can have a great manager. Pay is decent. 401k match is good.
Cons
Short staffed, high turnover lead to other employees being overworked. Can’t get 40 hours per week. Several changes made from people who no nothing about what happens in the clinics on a day to day basis.
