Pros
I enjoyed all of my coworkers. They were friendly helpful, patient, welcoming, and fun. Very sincere people who tried their best to satisfy all of their outstanding tasks.
Cons
I worked in the corporate office and management was awful. They appear to be extremely nice and light-hearted in the beginning; however as you get to know them, they are vindictive, judgmental, manipulative, and liars. They lack professionalism and care for their patients. As administration, they constantly mocked patients which encouraged employees to lack the appropriate respect patients rightfully deserved. Also, it created a hierarchy of foul treatment towards employees who showed morality, individuality, and integrity. The doctors were very anal and the supporting staff working at the 7 clinics were equally as rude. The company prides itself on the bureaucracy of creating an equal and happy work place for its employees. But they fall substantially short of upholding their company's values in their daily behavior. Most importantly, management lacks diversity which shows how the company does not pride itself on promoting workplace diversity at all levels.
