I am embarrassed that I have not responded earlier but the owners in India where requested over 2 weeks ago for a response and failed to come back to me so shows some of what you are describing culturally. It's a shame that our business is having it best year ever which includes the Indian team, but that means nothing without the people to support them. We are putting much more rigour into how our partners work with the introduction of Salesforce shortly globally, as well as sharing what best practice looks like. We have global opportunities opening up all the time as we start to work more as a global brand. Appreciate your feedback and have much to do.
