Pros
The people are all class, no huge ego's, a better company culture than most agencies. Pressure for client work is still there, but people seem happier to pitch in rather than being forced to. Company culture seems really good so far, progression is evident within the team and the days/work are enjoyable. Good sense of staff socials, fun team days etc.
Cons
Internal communication needs improving, I think the switch from office working to remote working has been a challenge. Also Capita-owned so difficult processes, lengthy security issues, IT issues etc - but this is due to be improved/transformed soon.
