LEADERSHIP -Unprofessional -Full of empty promises -Unappreciative *One of the packs leaders openly hires people based on looks. CULTURE -Celebration and gratification of illegal weekend work. -Parties and weekly drinks are arranged in unsuccessful attempts to cover up the daily dirt. -Drugs and alcohol culture OPPORTUNITY -No chance for growth unless you’re a rich white man over 40 or CEOs family.

1. Concentration on revenue for the firm. They could sell ice to Eskimos. 2. Good rate of pay for employees. 3. Thrown in at the deep end, Good growth potential.

1. Overt (make me sick in the pit of my stomach) nepotism. 2. Impotent management. 3. Drink and drugs rule. 4. Poor designers.
