      Comradery Impactful Work Benefits (FTO; however tricky to navigate at times) Activities to keep morale up (retreat, MIRTH, etc.)

      Cons

      Culture in which work is done (workaholic, urgent, perfectionist nature) High turnover Onboarding is bad No healthy separation between work and personal life. People are constantly surging when we don't get OT due to shortstaffing. Feels like you can't take off without feeling guilty at times
