Pros

Below are the only things which are good about Third I: 1) You get to learn a lot of new things(Got to know from others but never learned anything new rather than one thing which is "Politics") 2) You have ample time to focus on other things such as chatting with your bf/gf, roaming around, playing TT/Foosball, and whatever comes to your mind apart from work. Because you have no work at all. That sounds exciting, right? 3) You have live sessions for politics. If you raise any concerns with managers, firstly they will assure that this thing they will handle on their own and the next moment they will go to another person and tell all the things by adding few things. So rather than resolving the concerns, they add up to it.

Cons

No new/exciting projects. Appraisals are declared always 2 weeks late. Not recommended to anyone who wants to grow their career. They attract customers with the good presentation layer, but if asked in detail no one knows the basics of it. Now on this post, they will reply with we have open door policy and if you could have come up with this concerns to HR, we would have resolved it. So the first thing is, HR's in Third I can not be trusted. Nothing stays confidential. If I would have raised it, you would have played a very high-level politics with your supreme managers. So it will be better if you can reply with your answers here.

Pros

- Excellent coworkers - Challenging projects - Friendly culture - Opportunities to grow - Ability to see your impact and help company grow - Good combination of "high-touch" consultants in US with offshore development and support

Cons

Small company culture is not for everyone. Must be: - Self-reliant -- not much support staff - Highly skilled -- any employee should be ready to run independently -- or lead -- if asked - Flexible -- some projects require travel, a career here requires ongoing self-study - Driven -- initiative is prized and rewarded at Third I - Focused -- analytics is the core of what we do
