      - Great work / life balance - Management and colleagues are very helpful to new grads who are just entering the finance industry and always happy to help and train - Great office environment - Great social events including weekly drinks, trips etc - Bonuses based on merit - Direct contact with upper management so great to making suggestions / getting to know everyone - Pay for extra training / qualifications

      Great work life balance. Relatively friendly atmosphere. Good investment in qualifications like CFA or IMC. Relatively flat structure, good exposure to seniors.

      Everyone is friendly and approachable. Lots of positive change happening. Flexibility to work at home with 2 days in the office.

      Very casual attitude - formal office attire not required - so if you’re looking for more corporate vibe this is not for you.
