None really. Rarely do employees disagree or get on each others' nerves, but this happens everywhere.

The company has a beautiful office in downtown historic Franklin that offers easy access to wonderful restaurants. Working from home is not frowned upon to the virtual nature of the company but most employees choose to come into the office every single day. 3Ci allows for a casual work environment which is great and you are allowed to make your office/work space reflect you as a person. There is a lot of excitement and things are moving very fast so there is always plenty of areas to contribute. Everyone has a voice, with consistent launches of new programs and features everyone's opinion's and thoughts are always welcomed.

We use to get free lunches every Friday, however they always turned into a 3-4 hour social session so they were stopped. Hey at least we enjoy the fellowship of our fellow employees. Parking is a major hassle.
