      Pros

      This reputation management and review solution company is progressive. Change is not a word that we fear around here. With the constant algorithm Google changes, everyone must be "on their game" and proactive in their creative thinking. Being surrounded by highly intelligent people is very often rewarding. The atmosphere, though forward-thinking, is relaxed and casual. Everyone has a platform to speak their mind and give input to make the business better.

      Cons

      Parking can be annoying. Sometimes the work load can seem unending, but at least there's job stability.

      Pros

      The company has a beautiful office in downtown historic Franklin that offers easy access to wonderful restaurants. Working from home is not frowned upon to the virtual nature of the company but most employees choose to come into the office every single day. 3Ci allows for a casual work environment which is great and you are allowed to make your office/work space reflect you as a person. There is a lot of excitement and things are moving very fast so there is always plenty of areas to contribute. Everyone has a voice, with consistent launches of new programs and features everyone's opinion's and thoughts are always welcomed.

      Cons

      We use to get free lunches every Friday, however they always turned into a 3-4 hour social session so they were stopped. Hey at least we enjoy the fellowship of our fellow employees. Parking is a major hassle.
