We are sorry to hear you feel there was a lack of opportunity to gain professional skills in your role. We strive to create an environment where people feel challenged and are able to continuously develop their skills within their roles.
Regarding your comment on the nature of the role, we recognise that we work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, working with clients, which does involve outreach. We know that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone; however, we are transparent and clear about what is required in all of our job descriptions so that people are aware of what the role involves at the earliest possible stage of the recruitment process.
