Pros

You learn how to work in a very toxic environment that makes any other company you go to seem like a dream.

Cons

Several members of senior leadership openly make sexist comments. When reported to HR, these comments are blamed on "cultural nuances" instead of appropriately addressing that people of color and women are allowed to be treated disrespectfully. Everyone is generally miserable. I witnessed public panic attacks and people crying in the bathrooms either because they're so stressed that they're going to get fired (because their client shut down and they weren't making calls so they couldn't hit their quota) or because someone is actively bullying them and managers/HR isn't doing anything about it (or wouldn't do anything about it). You will work long hours as if you're in banking (which they'll try to paint as being occasional). They'll argue that the compensation is fair and that you have the opportunity to make more in bonuses if you work harder and longer hours - you won't. Managers don't receive "management training" until after they have already been hired to be a people manager. This means these 24-year-old managers have no track record of being an effective leader and is based strictly on if they're well-liked, leading to micromanagement and favoritism. There is no accountability for the toxic culture. Poor reviews on internal employee engagement surveys are viewed as "people just creating problems" or "fake opinions". The poor reviews on Glassdoor are seen as "people complaining just to complain" or "people screaming into the void". Their response is to beg employees to submit positive reviews instead of working towards a solution that would result in people organically leaving a positive review. Apparently this has been a common problem for years - all you have to do is scroll through the recent and old Glassdoor reviews and you'll see the proof for yourself.

Third Bridge Response

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear you did not have a great experience with us and are concerned about some of the things you mentioned in your review. At Third Bridge we have a zero tolerance policy against sexism, bullying or any other forms of discrimination etc. Should an instance be reported we hold an investigation to understand claims further and determine next steps. If you feel the proper next steps were not taken or you have further information to share we encourage you to revisit with us - please reach out to theteam@thirdbridge.com. Most of our core roles are target driven which may not be a work environment for everyone. We are transparent about this during our interview process and provide a case study to help demonstrate To your point around working long hours, we strive to make it clear during the recruitment, onboarding and training processes that we are a client facing company and there are times when your hours will vary because of that. With that said, we truly feel that our compensation scheme rewards this. Regarding management training, we take pride in growing internal talent, which often results in us training new managers. We also offer a ‘Next Generation Leadership program’ where our Senior Leadership team recommends employees that have shown great leadership skills, performance and much more and go through extensive training prior to becoming a manager. We appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative and encourage you to share your opinions whilst employed at Third Bridge. Thanks again.

Pros

Good entry-level opportunity with exposure to fast-paced, client-facing work. The company hires driven, sociable individuals and can be a strong starting point for building communication, prioritization, and execution skills in a high-performance environment.

Cons

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
