good perks good bonus - paid quarterly young and dynamic team good work hours supportive colleagues
Cons
management loves to pick favorites base pay never grows, managers will tell you you're great until you bring up pay increase - then all your weird flaws (lack of energy?) start to surface very young managers - lack of experience and maturity way too many changes to the incentive scheme and the direction / focus of the firm
