Pros

- Great phone conversations with high execs discussing different markets ( you are limited to 7min talk ) Great way to learn on the surface level about various industries but you will never study the industry this is not what the company does! - Good salary for a first job with no prospect of growth unless you are ready to spend years doing the same thing.

Cons

- Awful management - Daily discussions with your coworkers on how awful the job is. - Awful hiring from selective top universities for a job that truly requires no high educational degree. (most people can do it) - Hiring and Firing by the Numbers!! no care is given if you don't feet in this factory call center, work the way they told you to, you are out. - doing calls every day to organize phone meetings in between the clients that have no respect for you and high execs (CEO, directors, etc...) for which you are pushed to pay little or nothing for their times and knowledge being shared. Toxic dynamics to work with every day. - Bad communication inside the company. - No standards, favoritism, and lying at all levels! - Promotions based on time spent! People with no leadership skills being promoted. - Covid was not handled well, I have seen many people being fired within a day despite false promises. - Repetitive, mind-numbing work, the same every day. - There is no analysis or teamwork, you will scroll through Linkedin all day, send standard messages, and cold call people using all tricks in the book.

Pros

Good entry-level opportunity with exposure to fast-paced, client-facing work. The company hires driven, sociable individuals and can be a strong starting point for building communication, prioritization, and execution skills in a high-performance environment.

Cons

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
