The balance of challenge and fun provided by fellow employees contributed to a positive working environment. This was complemented by a company commitment to employee well being, including a very popular annual ski trip! Management were approachable and willing to engage with employees at all levels, which again contributed to good team feeling and enjoyment in going to work.
