Pros

Nice coworkers Fun, great students Casual environment

Cons

I have to say, I believe this is the most honest review as one of the other reviews here could not have been written by another employee as it is a tiny company. One of these reviews apparently had my job when I worked there, so it seems like I wrote it. I didn't. I believe management is trying to mislead potential hires. This is what the issues are: Low pay - You get the bare minimum. Toxic culture - Management is very disrespectful to staff. Nothing but negativity and blame. Micromanagement - I had to write down everything I did every day, so my manager could read it. Lack of communication - This is the root of most problems. You do not get benefits. You do not get sick days. You don't get breaks and I often worked through my lunch because I had no help to deal with all the customers.

Pros

All through my more than eight years here, I have been given great responsibilities, challenging projects, and great support.

Cons

Why the school staff is quite experienced and pleasant to deal with, the administrative and operational support team has sometimes been drawn from fresh college graduates without any relevant industry experience, sometimes lacking a basic work ethic. That has impacted what I have been able to deliver.

Pros

I am a current employee at THINNOX and have been for the last three plus years. The place is vibrant; every member of the team has a well defined role; flat structure, minimal supervision. The Academic Faculty, to which I belong works well within itself and there are standards and templates for most things, so it's easy. Well defined processes exist for the smallest thing and the work flow is streamlined. Access is available when I want; hours are flexible; there is always room to work around the schedule as and when a personal need arises. Good work is recognized, I must say, and just by looking at my role when I started..it has expanded rapidly and I was recently promoted to a bigger brief within a short span of time.

Cons

The time keeping process adds to the administration but can be managed.
