Pros
The technology works as a charm and they have a unique markt proposition. Scale-up mentality. Teamwork to service the partners and customers is core. Fast growing. A lot changed the last couple of years. New management made sure there is more focus and alignment between the departments. So the energy and drive are back on track in the teams.
Cons
I like the fast paste in where we are heading. But this not applicable for everyone. You need to be hands-on otherwise you are not able keep up.
