Disappointing - Anonymous employee Thinkpath Engineering Services Employee Review

Management interested only in short term profits. Sees no benefit in long term development of employees. No training. Employees brought in to use their already developed skill set. No interest in seeing anyone expand their knowledge, even when I would benefit the company. Unpredictable work schedule. Employees can expect to be layed off as soon as there is a minor lull in their projects.
