      Opportunity to get very bad work experience

      Cons

      * Its not a software company. Its a software shop and employees are like blue collar workers. * Dont fall based on the initial offer. You will be shocked in your appraisals * Dont think about learning or training opportunities * No senior resources. Running the shop with interns * Insecured job. Since, they have only one client and not sure when they gonna close the shop * No defined HR policy. It can be changed at any time even though they promise you * Never lsiten to employee concerns and least bother about emplyee benefits * Ultra micro management

      Pros

      - Vibrant, Active and Congenial environment to contribute - Simple and good SDLC Process - People are very open and easy to access (inclusive of the Director) - Very conservative & calculative on taking risk, which works to an advantage - Frequent interactive sessions, making it interactive on performances & opportunities of improvements - Unbiased HR policies & process are good - Good to see a proper Organization structure getting formed, in the last few years - Annual look out of new batch of freshers, across few Colleges bring fresh set of hands + thinking on the deck

      Cons

      - Expansive spread on Service oriented Clientele, compared to Product based Vertical & Sales - Few special cases, decisions causing not so good results
