Pros
I am a recent hire here at ThinkTank Learning and although I have not been here long I would say I have been here long enough to accurately state that this is a wonderful and innovative company to work for. First of all the salary is very generous and significantly higher than the industry average. Secondly, ThinkTank is in a transitional phase and is going through quite a few changes to improve operations and they are very transparent in regards to these changes. Upper Management does not withold information from employees which I feel is very respectful of them. All departments work well together and everyone is kind. Benefits are good, and the products and services offered are innovative and different from what competitors are offering. The main benefit of working here however is that you are providing actual education to students, helping them get into their dream schools, the best colleges in the world. By working here you WILL be making a positive impact in the world.
Cons
Training is a bit improvised and unstructured however Management is aware of this and taking action to make improvements.
