Middle management needs a massive reform. Ageism from the legacy staff. oversells their outlook at the interview Confusion. Lack of resources to meet tight deadlines. Software managers do not invest in subordinates. A lot of cost cutting leading to lacklustre business decisions. Low wage. Micromanagement. Middle management steals credit for hard work done, then proceeds to hand themselves awards as the year ends. Subtle racism. Over works staff: this is a major concern because multiple staff develop lethal health problems. Expect you to work on weekends with such low compensation
