Pros

I have worked at Think Direct Marketing for almost five years and value the opportunity to work from home. My Supervisor and Management team are professional and being part of a smaller team and team chat helps motivate and gives the feel of being in an actual office. Team members and daily spiffs help motivate and keep momentum high and have some fun doing it. I find the company's culture to be positive and information always shared in a timely manner and employees have flexibility, not micro-managed

Cons

As with any Customer Service/Sales position, some days are challenging to stay focused for a full shift taking back to back calls.

-Pay is uncapped and can be Phenomenal -Family/Work Balance -Dedicated Mentors/Managers that will fight for you and push you to be your best -Training and Trainers are Knowledgeable and want to see you succeed -Ability to work overtime and choose the date/time -Bonuses/Spiffs Everyday

Cons

If you do not have thick skin this is not the job for you.

It's Remote work from home

Cons

The very department is a total scam for this company. They have many people use a fake title to be a supervisor which you are not to flip the script on people who believe they won a sweepstakes just to sell the magazines they don't need. It's horrible.
