Pros

Young, fresh talent - eager to learn Startup - so can work on different kinds of projects at once, scope to learn Entire salary is in-hand (no hidden components)

Cons

Salaries not paid on time, no clarity on what date you will be paid or why there is a delay Seniors openly talking against other employees of the company - creates a sense of mistrust - it is obvious that any compliments given are fake and based only on specific results, not to the employees as people Employees reduced to resources instead of human beings - poorly treated Inadequate pay Bare minimum public holidays and leaves - with no flexibility to carry leaves over to the next year Needlessly rigid about not permitting remote working/WFH No processes in place, no employee handbook with policies provided - when different people have been treated differently, change in policy is cited even though no such thing was informed in the first place Very difficult to exit amicably - do not provide experience letter on time, cut corners regarding correct and timely pay, seniors treat you with coldness for leaving Minimal clarity on the direction the company wants to go in

Pros

You can occasionally meet some good people and have a great connect

Cons

-no direction -you are reminded every week that the other offer was worth it and this is your mistake - politics (the bar comparator broke so can't compare as inf are not supported ) - not friendly for developers however if you are cozy with the management personnel's you will get through without any problems - usage of tech stack is based on how good the so called older employees can use that using copy paste from internet not on how good it literally solves the problems even if you are able to convince them it's still weights on how many management favoured people support it. -all promises by management are set to false by default -one should remember that they are serving humanity in some form and if delays in salary is there which is like always they can never talk about it - you would be motivated with comparisons like "flamingo soup"and "horse eggs" and many more -a skill to say yes is achieved without much effort without which anyway you will be doing what you said no to
