Pros
1. Very open culture & feedbacks are given on the good & bad part of work 2. Would get to work on various technologies & startup products in various domains 3. No discrimination between employees in any way. The company treats old & new employees the same way & in fact interns are given opputunities to work with full time employees 4. If you are ready to put effort & go the extra mil, there are huge opportunities to learn various skillsets spread across multiple roles. 5. During the Covid-19 pandemic too there were no layoffs, in-fact company sponsored table chair purchase for WFH. And I know of few employees who were given quarterly bonus for their work in critical projects.
Cons
Cons as such not there from a high lebel, but from a employee point below things sometime bothers me. 1. Management is very strict on the culture part of the company & they let go people if someone doesn't seem to fit 2.Even if you want to work late, they don't permit to stay late in office & then your work would have to be stopped have way & continue next day 3. Company expects you to learn multiple technologies & languages during your tenure. So if you are somebody who likes to work only in one language, it would difficult for you to cope up
